Filter cover for use with the TR-6820E filter. 3M recommends the use of the filter cover to protect the TR-6820E from material damage. It is also used as a holder for the TR-6600 pre-filter or the TR-662 spark arrester. The TR-6800FC should be replaced if damaged. The filter cover can be cleaned and reused.

A combined particle filter with additional protection against organic vapours and acid gas. The filter can also be used to protect against up to 10 times the threshold level of hydrogen fluoride (HF). The filter is suitable for use in some smelting operations and is a popular choice due to its light weight compared to ordinary gas/vapour filters. The filter can also be used for tasks where particulates are the primary hazard but unpleasant odours are present, such as mould remediation, coking, foundries and metalworking, food processing, waste handling or composting. 3M recommends the use of the TR-6800FC filter to protect the filter from material damage.
