The TR819E starter kit for the 3M Versaflo TR-800 / TR802E intrinsically safe blower system is the practical, ready-to-use kit for working under difficult conditions in potentially explosive atmospheres. The TR819E starter kit is equipped with a complete intrinsically safe blower system and offers convenience, modularity, control and ease of use. The TR-800 fulfils the requirements for Zone 0 and can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is also suitable for continuous use under normal operating conditions. The starter pack contains an intrinsically safe blower (TR-802E), an intrinsically safe battery with a battery life of up to 7.5 hours (TR-830), a battery fixing tool (TR-838), an airflow indicator (TR-971), an easy-clean belt (TR-627), an airflow indicator (TR-971), an airflow indicator (TR-971), an easy-clean belt (TR-627), an easy-clean belt (TR-627), an easy-clean belt (TR-627) and an easy-clean belt (TR-627).(TR-627), a length-adjustable air hose (BT-30), an A2P filter (TR-6310E), a filter cover (TR-6300FC), pre-filters (TR-6600) and a battery charger (TR-641E). The 3M Versaflo full-face helmet headpiece M-406 offers respiratory, eye and face protection as well as head protection in accordance with EN397. The head piece also has a chin guard and a protective cape made of hard-wearing material. The cape provides extra protection for the neck, shoulders and chest. The flip-up, clear polycarbonate visor with a scratch-resistant coating provides optimum protection against mechanical and chemical hazards. The filter is attached directly to the unit. 3M recommends the use of the TR-6300FC filter cover to protect the filter from material damage. The premium reusable lightweight bonnet S-657 is a head piece for the 3M Versaflo respiratory protection system. It covers the head, face, neck and shoulders and offers eye and face protection in accordance with EN166 (protection against liquid splashes and flying particles with low impact energy). The premium reusable lightweight bonnet has a double neck seal. The inner part of the neck seal is tucked into the top of the shirt or protective suit. This allows excess air to be channelled over the entire body, providing additional comfort. The lightweight bonnet is an extremely cost-effective solution for environments with high disposal rates: When worn, only the contaminated outer bonnet is replaced, while the headgear and air supply can continue to be used. The rigid design of the headband ensures a uniform air supply. Another plus is that it can be adjusted from the outside so that the wearer can regulate the air distribution to suit their personal comfort requirements. A simple turn of the outer regulator is all it takes for the wearer to direct the airflow away from the back of the head towards the temples, face and visor. The bracket has separate adjustment options for head height and head circumference, allowing comfortable, customised adjustment to a wide range of head shapes.
