With the next generation PREMIUM 2in1 cut-off wheels, you can increase performance while significantly reducing tool wear. With a thickness of 1.0 to 1.6 mm, these super-thin 2in1 cut-off wheels have been developed for processing steel and stainless steel. The chemical purity of these tools is a prerequisite for machining stainless steels. This prevents negative effects on the material such as corrosion, pitting or a reduction in fatigue strength. In addition to a significant increase in productivity, these cut-off wheels offer environmentally friendly working by reducing the amount of waste.

The 3M Aura 9320+ folding mask allows you to breathe almost effortlessly and is extremely comfortable to wear. It owes its comfort plus in particular to the three-part design with the newly developed filter fleece. The advantages of the particle mask start with good visibility: the sealing points on the top of the mask reduce the fogging of glasses. The new filter technology ensures comfortable breathing. It combines the advantages of 3M Electret filter technology with those of the new advanced technology for barely perceptible breathing resistance with reliable filter performance. The average inhalation resistance of 68% is significantly lower than the maximum permissible value of EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Two further advantages of the mask lie in its three-part design: on the one hand, it leads to greater comfort and problem-free speaking, and on the other hand, the mask can be folded flat and is therefore practical to take with you. The special design of the nose area is also ideal, as it adapts perfectly to the shape of the wearer's face. The chin strap allows the mask to be easily positioned, ensuring a good fit and a secure seal. The 3M Aura respirator 9320+ is hygienically individually packaged and has protection level FFP2 NR D. The application limit is 10 times the limit value for particles. We as SKS repack the goods to your ordered quantity in neutral boxes. You will therefore receive the 3M 9320+ hygienically individually packed but not in the original 3M carton. Masks with sub-packaging of 10/12 or 20 pieces can no longer be supplied by 3M for over 1 year.   A pack of 20 contains 20 individually packed masks.

The 3M PELTOR X2 earmuffs offer the perfect PELTOR standard combined with an attractive, straightforward design. The X2 helmet capsule with yellow-black capsules has an attenuation value of SNR=30 dB. The helmet capsule sits securely on the most common industrial helmets and guarantees an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort. Soft, wide sealing rings reduce the pressure around the ears and ensure a comfortable fit even when worn for long periods. At the same time, the X2 earmuffs are particularly robust and resistant to moisture and wear. The generous space inside the earmuffs ensures that heat and moisture development is minimised. The PELTOR X2 earmuffs with helmet attachment have a medium earmuff design. Areas of application for the 3M PELTOR X2 earmuffs include the concrete industry, road construction, the building trade, metal processing, the automotive industry, textile manufacturing, printing works and wood processing. The 3M 4515 protective suit is characterised by its special layer structure: Two thin layers of soft spunbond fleece are embedded in the thick polypropylene filter layers. This makes the protective suit particularly permeable to water vapour, which has a positive effect on wearer comfort and the duration of wear. It offers protection against hazardous dusts (type 5), light liquid splashes (type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). Elasticated inserts at the hips, ankles and wrists ensure a comfortable fit and improved freedom of movement. The two-way zip with detachable flap offers additional protection. Its SMS material is low-linting. The 3M 4515WM / TYPE 5/6 protective suit is suitable for use in asbestos inspection, insulation work, asbestos disposal, storage work, light cleaning work, cement production, grinding and polishing, light industrial cleaning and machine maintenance. The protective suit is available in four different colours - model 4515WM is white and size M.

The 3M 7502 half mask is both robust and extremely comfortable. It is made from skin-friendly silicone and has a drop-down strap. This all-round strap allows the mask to be worn comfortably in front of the chest during short work breaks instead of having to take it off completely. Its innovative details and perfect seal thanks to the structured face seal are also comfortable. Pleasant breathing is supported by the double filter system, which also has the positive effect of good weight distribution. The mask is also characterised by an extensive range of filters and spare parts and is easy to handle and maintain. The bayonet click filter connection works safely and quickly. The half mask is available in 3 sizes - this model is size L. The 3M half mask 7503 is compatible with 3M safety goggles. Approved according to the EN 140:1998 standard, the protection level of the mask depends on the 2000, 5000 and 6000 series filters used.
