The 3M protective suit 4540+3XL TYPE 5/6 is light, soft and extremely comfortable to wear. It is made of a microporous material (PE laminate) on the front, which offers reliable protection and is also slightly breathable. A triangle of water vapour-permeable material (SMMMS) implemented on the back ensures increased comfort. This suit from the Premium programme can be used in a variety of ways and impresses with a number of details. It is characterised by elasticated inserts at the hips and ankles, which ensure a snug fit. Reinforced seams increase durability and the two-way zip with detachable flap offers additional protection. Its three-piece hood ensures special compatibility with 3M eye and respiratory protection. The 3M protective suit 4540+3XL TYPE 5/6 offers protection against hazardous dusts (Type 5), light liquid splashes (Type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). Its areas of application are asbestos inspection, insulation work, asbestos disposal, cement production, grinding and polishing, light industrial cleaning, machine maintenance, work in the pharmaceutical industry as well as paint spraying and coating. It is size 3XL and is all white except for a blue triangle on the back.
