The 3M filter cover is required for combining the 5000 series particle insert filters with the gas & vapour filters.

The 3M particle filter with activated carbon 6038 in a plastic housing has protection level P3R. Thanks to the robust housing, it is suitable for particularly tough working conditions. It offers protection against solid and liquid particles. It also protects against organic and acid gases and vapours as well as ozone below the limit value. The filter fits onto the 6000, 7000 and 7500 mask series from 3M using a bayonet click connection. It has been tested and approved in accordance with EN 143:2000.

The 3M respirator 8822 provides professional protection at an economical price. With its traditional fit, it protects against fine dusts and mists - and is light and comfortable to wear. The pre-moulded mask body makes it comfortable and easy to put on. Thanks to its flexible nose clip, the mask adapts perfectly to the shape of the face. The 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve offers maximum breathing comfort: it allows respiratory heat and moisture to escape easily. The low breathing resistance is made possible by the innovative filter medium, which also ensures reliable protection. The colour-coded straps on the mask are particularly practical: the blue straps make it easy to identify the protection level. The 3M respirator 8822 has protection level FFP2 NR D. The application limit is 10 times the limit value for particles. Masks with sub-packaging of 10/12 or 20 pieces can no longer be supplied by 3M for over 1 year.   A pack of 20 contains 20 individually packed masks.
