High-performance particle filter for use with the 3M Versaflo TR-300+ blower respiratory protection system. The filter can be replaced quickly and easily.

The lightweight 3M Versaflo TR302E+ blower unit offers increased comfort and performance compared to the old TR-300 blower unit. With filter cover, it is the optimal solution for user-friendly, versatile respiratory protection in environments with a high particle content. Thanks to its compact design and the construction of the air inlet, it is particularly suitable for use in confined working areas and for seated activities - without interrupting the air supply. The integrated electronics regulate a constant air flow to ensure maximum comfort. Its electronic warning and control unit automatically regulates and checks the air flow and battery voltage. An audible and visual alarm signals when the air flow or battery voltage is too low. The battery also has an integrated LED voltage indicator. Maximum energy efficiency is guaranteed by the standard battery with a minimum runtime of five hours and the high-performance battery with a minimum runtime of eight hours. Another advantage is the new multifunctional display which shows the battery charge status, the particle filter fill level during use and the selected airflow level. The lithium-ion technology ensures fast charging times, low weight and prevents the memory effect. The batteries are also free from heavy metals. Electronic chargers are available as individual chargers or 4-charging stations. Another plus is the compatibility with the 3M Versaflo respiratory protection system product range. Depending on the head section, these offer protection for the eyes, head, face, skin and respiratory tract in accordance with EN 12941 protection class  TH2 or TH3. Suitable for the protection and control of oak processionary moths.

Filter cover for use with the TR-6580E filter. 3M recommends the use of the filter cover to protect the TR-6580E from material damage. It is also used as a holder for the TR-6600 pre-filter or the TR-662 spark arrester. The TR-6500FC should be replaced if damaged. The filter cover can be cleaned and reused.

The lightweight, compact 3M Versaflo visor head piece M-206 offers combined respiratory, eye and face protection as well as optional hearing protection. It is characterised by its comfort face seal. The (closed) head piece is well-balanced and lightweight. Both the air flow in the head section and the size can be individually adjusted. The flexible, clear polycarbonate visor with a scratch-resistant coating is ideal for all applications that require mechanical face protection (e.g. grinding, drilling, milling). It also offers optimum protection when handling hazardous chemical substances. Handling is very easy: thanks to a standardised QRS connection, the air hoses can be rotated freely and can be connected and disconnected with one hand. The built-in bump cap complies with the requirements of EN 812. Matching accessories such as flame protection covers, head, neck and shoulder covers, visor protection foils and ear muffs are available from 3M.

The TR362 spark arrester is an accessory product for the 3M Versaflo TR-300 blower unit.
