3M RPX 1000 Series Acrylic Foam Tapes are next generation, dark grey, double-coated acrylic foam tapes designed for the attachment of automotive exterior trim components such as wheel arch extensions, spoilers and door panels without the use of adhesion promoters. The 3M RPX1015F series tapes feature an advanced TU2 adhesive on the liner side for strong adhesion to medium surface energy (MSE) and low surface energy (LSE) paint systems and a TU1 adhesive on the non-liner side that adheres well to MSE/LSE plastics.

Es haftet hervorragend auf glatten Oberflächen, lässt sich sauber ohne Kleberückstände oder Oberflächenbeschädigung entfernen Dieses Klebeband kann auf allen typischen Autooberflächen und mit wasser- oder lösungsmittelbasierten Lacksystemen verwendet werden. Das Scotch Hochleistungsabdeckband 233+ ist dank des Trägermaterials aus grünem Krepppapier äußerst anpassungsfähig und lässt sich einfach anwenden. Bei Anwendung im Freien (UV-Strahlung) lässt sich dieses Abdeckband innerhalb von drei Tagen ohne Klebereste oder Zerreißen entfernen – bei Anwendung in Innenräumen sogar innerhalb eines längeren Zeitraums. Das Scotch® Hochleistungsabdeckband verhindert außerdem Lackdurchschlag und hat eine Temperaturbeständigkeit von maximal 120 °C über einen Zeitraum von bis zu 30 Minuten. 3M Dual Lock is a self-adhesive, flexible pressure seal in roll form. The patented system consists of black polyolefin strips with hemispherical heads on a short stem.
