3M Scotch-Weld DP8805NS is a viscoplastic 2-component construction adhesive based on acrylate for the EPX system. The non-flowing product with a very short processing time has a low odour and is characterised by very high shear, impact and peel strengths. Scotch-Weld DP 8805 NS is also slightly oil-tolerant and has been developed for bonding plastics such as ABS, PC, PMMA, PVC etc. as well as metals.

3M Scotch-Weld 2-component construction adhesives are processed with the EPX system: dosing - mixing - application takes place in just one work step. The actual construction adhesive is created within the mixing nozzle for 45ml cartridges through the chemical reaction of both components.

Quick and easy application as well as high performance and long-lasting durability are guaranteed. The viscoelastic VHB tape allows flexibility and replaces rivets, welds and screws. Use this adhesive tape on a wide range of materials with medium to high surface energy, even at low temperatures.

Scotch Masking Tape 3434 is the solution for all problematic bonding during the vehicle painting process. It has extremely good adhesive strength even on critical substrates such as plastic, rubber and textured surfaces. Nevertheless, it can be removed in one piece after use without leaving any residue. Thanks to its high resistance to water and solvents, it can be used for almost all painting work. It does not lift even after repeated curing and is therefore suitable for repeated drying cycles. Its good elasticity and adaptability ensure easy masking with excellent results.

The 3M Aura 9320+ folding mask allows you to breathe almost effortlessly and is extremely comfortable to wear. It owes its comfort plus in particular to the three-part design with the newly developed filter fleece. The advantages of the particle mask start with good visibility: the sealing points on the top of the mask reduce the fogging of glasses. The new filter technology ensures comfortable breathing. It combines the advantages of 3M Electret filter technology with those of the new advanced technology for barely perceptible breathing resistance with reliable filter performance. The average inhalation resistance of 68% is significantly lower than the maximum permissible value of EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Two further advantages of the mask lie in its three-part design: on the one hand, it leads to greater comfort and problem-free speaking, and on the other hand, the mask can be folded flat and is therefore practical to take with you. The special design of the nose area is also ideal, as it adapts perfectly to the shape of the wearer's face. The chin strap allows the mask to be easily positioned, ensuring a good fit and a secure seal. The 3M Aura respirator 9320+ is hygienically individually packaged and has protection level FFP2 NR D. The application limit is 10 times the limit value for particles. Masks with sub-packaging of 10/12 or 20 pieces can no longer be supplied by 3M for over 1 year.   A pack of 20 contains 20 individually packed masks.
