The 3M Cubitron II Roloc cloth abrasive disc 984F is a quick-change disc on a cloth backing with patented 3M precision ceramic grain for general grinding and stock removal work, especially for stainless steel. This abrasive product combines the cutting performance and service life of the unique precision grain technology with the efficiency of the 3M Roloc quick-change system. The edge-reinforced backing prevents premature deformation of the disc and fraying of the edges during processing. In addition, this product has a grinding aid and thus ensures cool grinding, especially on stainless steel.

The 3M PELTOR X1 earmuffs offer the perfect PELTOR standard combined with an attractive, straightforward design. The X1 helmet capsule with green-black capsules has an attenuation value of SNR=26 dB. The helmet capsule sits securely on the most common industrial helmets and guarantees an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort. Soft, wide sealing rings reduce the pressure around the ears and ensure a comfortable fit even when worn for long periods. At the same time, the X1 earmuffs are particularly robust and resistant to moisture and wear. The generous space inside the earmuffs ensures that heat and moisture development is minimised. This fast curing epoxy tin replacement filler is suitable for repairing surface damage (such as dents) on metal parts, reshaping surfaces and completely sealing welds (to protect them from corrosion). The 3M Epoxy Tin Replacement Filler has a unique formulation, is lead-free and contains 100% solids so it does not shrink during curing. It has excellent adhesion and anti-corrosion properties. With a working time of approx. 15 to 20 minutes and a curing time of approx. 4 hours at 22 °C, 3M Epoxy Tin Filler enables fast processes in the bodyshop. Curing can be further accelerated by IR drying. The classic open flame tinning process still used today is easily replaced by the use of 3M Epoxy Tin Filler. This makes it possible to avoid high temperatures in the process, which is particularly relevant for certain modern vehicle materials such as high-strength thin steels, composites, etc. There is no need to handle open flames or remove heat-sensitive vehicle parts, as room temperature is sufficient for processing and curing the products. After curing, the material can be sanded without any problems and then painted as normal. Follow the paint manufacturer's instructions.
